Message from Freedom Barbell

Hello LBS Members!

I first want to give a huge shout out and thanks Daniel and Alicia! They are such awesome people and LBS has been nothing less than the best place to train!

I'm extremely honored and privileged to be able to introduce myself to all of you. My name is Chris Tejeda, the owner of what will soon be Freedom Barbell. I've been a member at LBS for almost 2 years. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, have experience in training for bodybuilding, sports conditioning for martial arts, and have a strong passion for the sports of powerlifting and weightlifting. It's been great to train at LBS and meet some of you during that time. I look forward to meeting and training with more of you very soon!

As of September 1, LBS will become Freedom Barbell. You will still get to enjoy the same 24-hour access, membership cost, equipment (more to come later), and motivating environment to train in. Freedom Barbell will have an Instagram and Website that should be up and running within the next week or so. I will work with LBS to make an announcement when that is available so you can ask any questions or get additional information to sign up under Freedom Barbell. I will also make myself available for in person sign-ups at the gym (dates and times to be announced soon).

I will do everything that I can to make this transition as seamless as possible for all of you and greatly appreciate your patience as we get things going. I hope that you will find Freedom Barbell to be the same great place that we've all come to call our home gym at LBS.

Thank you ahead of time for your commitment to supporting a local gym and I can't wait to meet everyone!

Sincerely,

Chris Tejeda
