This is a great treat to make before dinner so it's ready for later.


-Start with 1 scoop of your favorite chocolate casein protein.

-Whisk in a little unsweetened almond milk. Keep adding a little almond milk at a time until you reach the consistency of pudding.

-Chill in the fridge for an hour and eat after dinner.
