Feta Turkey Burgers

This is Alicia's favorite turkey burger recipe. Perfect for a summer grill party!


-1 lb lean ground turkey

-1 cup baby spinach, chopped

-1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

-3 tablespoons egg whites

-2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

-2 teaspoons of garlic powder

-salt and pepper to taste

If using a pan, heat a tbsp of oil pan or let grill preheat. While pre-heating, mix together turkey, spinach, feta, egg whites, parsley, garlic, sea salt and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.

Form patties: Using your hands, form mixture into 4-5 patties. Cook on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, about 15 to 20 minutes. Add any toppings you want: tomatoes, onions, avocado, etc. Keep it high protein by forgoing the bun and wrapping it in lettuce.
